Town of Putnam, CT Chapter 53 Health, Department of

§ 53-1 Northeast District Department of Health.

The Town of Putnam agrees to join with any or all of the following towns to form a District Department of Health, provided that the total population of the towns joining shall be 40,000 or more: Woodstock, Thompson, Killingly, Canterbury, Sterling, Eastford, Brooklyn, and Pomfret. The District Department of Health shall be known as the "Northeast District Department of Health."
