As used in this chapter, the following terms shall have the meanings indicated:
DAYLIGHT HOURS
The period between 1/2 hour before sunrise to 1/2 hour after sunset, prevailing time.
MOTOR VEHICLES
Includes all on-road and off-road motorized vehicles, except electrically driven invalid chairs operated or driven by an invalid.
PARKS
Dedicated recreational areas in the Village of Walden, which include Bradley Park, Wooster's Grove, Wanderling Park, Alfred Place, Firemen's Memorial Park, Walden Veterans' Memorial Park, the Martin Besdesky Playground and any areas that may hereafter be designated.

No person shall be permitted in the parks of the Village of Walden, except during daylight hours, without the express permission of the Board of Trustees of the Village of Walden.

Motor vehicles, other than Village-owned vehicles, are hereby prohibited from using the parks, except for designated roadways, at all times, except by express permission of the Board of Trustees of the Village of Walden. Operation of motor vehicles in the parks in excess of 15 miles per hour is prohibited.
Organized use of the parks is prohibited except by express permission as follows:
A. 
By the Board of Trustees if alcoholic beverages will be served or consumed.
B. 
By the Village Manager if no alcoholic beverages will be served or consumed.

The Village of Walden Police Department is hereby authorized to enforce the provisions of § 200-6.

Any person who violates the provisions of § 200-6 of this chapter shall, upon conviction thereof, be guilty of an offense which is punishable by a minimum fine of $50 and a maximum fine of $250.
