No consumer will be allowed to furnish water to others or suffer
same to be taken for any purpose without receiving a special permit
from the Board of Trustees.
The Board of Trustees of Walden, New York, expressly reserves
the right at any time to alter, amend or make such addition to these
rules, regulations and requirements as may be found essential for
the more perfect protection of the public interest and the management
of the Water Department.
