City of Prescott, WI Chapter 448 Public Works Projects

Article I Contractor Liability

[Adopted as Title 9, Ch. 5, of the former City Code]

§ 448-1 Contractor liability for public works projects. [1]

A limitation of one year will be placed on the filing of complaints related to public works projects. The one-year time period will commence as of the final engineer report. Any complaint received after that date will not be acted upon.
