It shall not be lawful for any person to use any of the equipment
or apparatus designated by the Village for the Fire Department for
any purpose other than the Fire Department purposes.
It shall not be lawful for any person to use the Village ambulance
or its equipment for any purpose other than that for which it is intended,
or for the purpose for which it is intended, without the consent of
the Mayor or Chief of Police or Village Clerk.
It shall not be lawful for any person to use any of the machinery,
tools, equipment or other property of the Village without the consent
of the Mayor or the Village Clerk.
Any violation of this article or any part thereof shall constitute
disorderly conduct. The person violating this article or any part
thereof shall be a disorderly person and shall be liable to a penalty
not to exceed $100 or imprisonment in the county jail for a term not
exceeding six months, or both, for each offense.

It shall not be lawful for any person to injure, mutilate or
destroy any fire well, hydrant, street sign, electric light globe,
electric light bulb, telephone or telegraph wires or poles or any
property owned by the Village.
Any violation of this article or any part thereof shall constitute
disorderly conduct. The person violating this article or any part
thereof shall be a disorderly person and shall be liable to a penalty
not to exceed $50 or by imprisonment in the county jail for a term
not exceeding six months or both, for each offense.
