In every public building hereafter erected by the City, adequate
provision shall be made for a polling place whenever the Board of
Election Commissioners shall so require.
In every public building under the control of the Superintendent
of Public Buildings, provision shall be made for a polling place whenever
the Board of Election Commissioners require.
