Drawing requirements. The sketch plan may be a freehand drawing
with approximate dimensions and should include:
A. Property boundaries (may be obtained from county tax map or similar
sources).
B. Topographic contours from available data (may be obtained from the
United States Geological Surveys) and other prominent physical features.
C. Proposed lot and street layout with dimensions of lots and proposed
widths of street right-of-way to the nearest foot.
H. A location map showing the general location of the subdivision in
relation to adjacent properties, roads and streams.
