The provisions of the Freedom of Information Law (Article 6 of the Public Officers Law), as amended, shall be applicable to the Town of Onondaga, as shall also be the rules and regulations thereunder by the State Committee on Open Government, subject to the rules and regulations now or hereafter adopted by the Town Board which are not more restrictive than those adopted by the State Committee.
The Town Clerk is designated records access officer.
The fees for copies of records shall be $0.25 for photocopies not in excess of nine by 14 inches or the actual cost of reproducing any other record, unless another fee is specifically authorized by any other law.
Records may be inspected at the Town Clerk's office, located at the Town Hall, during regular working hours, by appointment upon request to the Town Clerk.
