It shall be unlawful for any person to park a vehicle on the
Promenade except in designated parking areas for the purposes of loading
or unloading. No person shall park a vehicle in the aforementioned
designated parking areas for the purposes of loading or unloading
in excess of 30 minutes; however, the Mayor's designee is authorized
to grant a waiver of the thirty-minute time limitation set forth herein
on an as needed basis.

A. No person
shall park a vehicle in the City Hall parking lot, located adjacent
to and to the rear of City Hall, between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and
5:30 p.m., Monday through Friday, unless such vehicle shall have displayed
thereon a parking permit issued by the Chief of Police. This provision
shall not apply to the two public parking stalls located at the northeast
section of the lot.
B. Permits
may be issued to employees and elected officials of the City.
C. Persons
found guilty of parking a vehicle in violation of this section shall
be subject to a fine not to exceed $50.
