A forty-hour workweek is hereby established for all hourly employees
of the Township Public Works Department.

Time and halftime shall be paid to all employees for any time
worked in excess of 40 hours in any one week.

The office of Public Works Supervisor is hereby created.
The salary of the Public Works Supervisor shall be fixed by
the Board of Commissioners and may be changed from time to time at
the discretion of the Board. The Board of Commissioners may provide
for health insurance and such other fringe benefits as it may deem
appropriate. Such fringe benefits, together with designated paid annual
vacations and holiday benefits, shall from time to time be produced
in writing and approved by resolution of the Board of Commissioners.
The Commissioners may determine that the Public Works Supervisor
be required to give a bond. Should this occur, as a condition of employment
the Public Works Supervisor shall qualify for the bond, which shall
be paid for by the Township.
