The Township Commissioners of Spring Garden Township shall have
one regular meeting per calendar month, said meeting to be held on
the second Wednesday of each and every month; provided, however, in
the event any such meeting date shall fall on a legal holiday the
Commissioners shall hold such meeting on the day immediately prior
to or immediately following such holiday, as shall be determined by
a majority of the Commissioners at the regular meeting preceding such
holiday period.

All regular meetings of the Township Commissioners as herein
specified shall commence at 7:30 p.m., except as may from time to
time be otherwise provided by the Commissioners.

The regular meetings of the Township Commissioners shall be
held at the Spring Garden Township Municipal Building, located at
340 Tri Hill Road, York, Pennsylvania.
