Township of Spring Garden, PA Article II Compensation

[Adopted 12-31-1974 by Ord. No. 27 (Ch. 1, Part 1B, of the 1994 Code)]

§ 75-4 Maximum allowed.

Beginning on the first day of January 1976, the compensation of all Township Commissioners of the Township of Spring Garden elected or appointed after the adoption of this article may be the maximum amount permitted, as the General Assembly may from time to time determine, except as restricted by the provisions of § 603 of the First Class Township Code.[1], [2]
