A. 
Halfmoon Township Municipal Ordinance No. 1987-5A, "An Ordinance To Amend the Halfmoon Township Floodplain Conservation District Ordinance of 1975, as Amended, on Accordance with the Requirements of the National Flood Insurance Program as Administered Through the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) and Containing the Conditional Use Procedure Through the Board of Supervisors, and Adding Definitions to the Halfmoon Township Zoning Ordinance of 1975, as Amended," ordained and enacted by the Board of Supervisors of Halfmoon Township, Centre County, Pennsylvania, the 14th day of December 1987, is hereby repealed in its entirety, excepting provisions of Subsection C of this section.[1]

B. 
The Floodplain Conservation District Overlay District Map that has been made part of the Halfmoon Township Official Zoning Map as a part of the ordinance cited in Subsection A of this section is hereby repealed, in its entirety, excepting provisions of Subsection C of this section.
C. 
Saving clause provisions. Any and all permitted activities, lawfully established uses, structures, or accessory uses or infrastructure that has been lawfully permitted under ordinance provisions, rules, regulations and or statute, cited and or part of the ordinance listed in Subsection A of this section, shall be permitted to lawfully continue unless said use, structure, infrastructure or accessory has been destroyed, removed, changed in use, or abandoned for a period of 365 days consecutively. After such date the use, structure, infrastructure or accessory shall only be permitted by total compliance with the requirements stated herewith in.
