For the purpose of this chapter, certain terms and words are hereby defined as follows:
Incapable of being legally driven or moved under its own power on the public highway of the State of New Jersey, including but not limited to trailers and campers.[1]
Every device in, upon or by which a person or property might, if such device were in operable condition, be transported upon a highway, excepting devices moved by human power.
Capable of being legally driven or moved upon the public highways of the State of New Jersey.
Not currently licensed to be driven or moved on the public highways by the proper licensing authority or not bearing current registration plates or tags lawfully issued by such authority for the motor vehicles involved.
