A. 
Whenever snow and/or ice has fallen and the accumulation is such that it covers the streets and highways, an emergency shall exist, and no vehicle shall be parked on the streets or highways or portions thereof indicated below:

The above parking prohibitions shall remain in effect after the snow and/or ice has ceased until the streets have been plowed sufficiently and to the extent that parking will not interfere with the normal flow of vehicular traffic while snow plowing or salt spreading.

C. 
Any unoccupied vehicle parked or standing in violation of this article shall be deemed a nuisance and a menace to the safe and proper regulation of traffic, and any police officer may provide for the removal of such vehicle. The owner shall pay the reasonable costs of removal and storage which may result from such removal before regaining possession of the vehicle.
No owner, tenant or occupant of any premises abutting any street, nor any person working for or on behalf of any owner, tenant or occupant, shall throw, place or deposit any snow or ice upon the public street or sidewalk in front of their property. The intent of this section is to prohibit all persons from throwing, placing or depositing snow or ice from the private driveway, parking area or on the sidewalk in front of the property upon the municipal street or sidewalks of the Township.
A. 
Any person, entity or corporation who or which violates any provision of this article shall, upon conviction thereof, be punishable by a fine of not less than $50 nor more than $1,250.
B. 
Each day that a violation exists, occurs or continues shall constitute a separate offense for the purpose of imposing the penalty referred to above.
