A streetlight installation policy and application form, in the form attached hereto and made a part hereof, be and are hereby adopted as the streetlight installation policy and application form on behalf of the Township of Upper Deerfield.[1]

Persons or entities desiring to have streetlights installed in the right-of-way of roadways lying within the Township of Upper Deerfield shall be required to complete an application as set forth in the form attached hereto and to submit the same to the Clerk of the Township of Upper Deerfield, whereupon the Township Committee shall act upon the application to determine whether or not to install a streetlight at the requested location.
