Borough of Zelienople, PA Article II Throwing Missiles

§ 174-3 Ballplaying, snowballing and throwing stones and other missiles upon or unto street, alley or sidewalk prohibited.

Ballplaying, including the throwing, kicking or knocking of any ball, snowballing, and the throwing of any stone or other missile upon or onto any street, alley or sidewalk in the Borough of Zelienople is hereby prohibited.

§ 174-4 Violations and penalties.

Any person, firm or corporation who shall violate any provision of this article shall, upon conviction thereof, be sentenced to pay a fine of not more than $600 plus costs and, in default of payment of said fine and costs, to a term of imprisonment not to exceed 30 days.
