A. 
It is hereby prohibited to use skateboards, bicycles, in-line skates, scooters or other like instruments on private property within the Borough of Zelienople except on property owned by the operator, or on property which the owner has granted express written permission for use to the operator.
B. 
No person shall use or operate a skateboard, in-line skates, scooters, or other like instruments on any of the following roadways/streets:
(1) 
Route 68 West/West Beaver Street.
(2) 
Route 68 East/East Grandview Avenue.
(3) 
West Grandview Avenue between Main Street and Clay Street.
(4) 
West Spring Street between Main Street and Clay Street.
(5) 
East Spring Street between Main Street and High Street.
(6) 
East New Castle Street between Main Street and High Street.
(7) 
West Culvert Street between Main Street and South Green Lane.
(8) 
East Culvert Street between Main Street and High Street.
(9) 
South Jefferson Street between West New Castle Street and West Beaver Street.
(10) 
South Green Lane between West New Castle Street and West Beaver Street.
(11) 
Route 19 North (Main Street).
(12) 
Route 19 South (Main Street).
(13) 
Route 288 (West New Castle Street).
(14) 
Route 588.

C. 
No person shall set up or maintain any type of device used to propel a skateboard on any street or roadway within the Borough of Zelienople, and no person shall set up or maintain a ramp or device used to propel a skateboard in such a manner that will propel the skateboard and operator onto any street or roadway within the Borough.
D. 
It is hereby prohibited to use skateboards or other like instruments in the following areas of the Community Park: amphitheater area, new sports court area, area in and around 20 feet of the new restrooms, old tennis courts, maintenance area, in or around pavilions and gazebo, the pool, entrance area to the pool and any other areas designated by Council in the future.
A. 
It is hereby prohibited to use or to permit the use of bicycles, in-line skates, scooters, and skateboards or other like instruments on any sidewalks and parking lots within the Borough of Zelienople in the following areas:
(1) 
Commercial District, which is defined as the area located inside the boundaries of the following streets:
(a) 
East side of Clay Street.
(b) 
West side of High Street.
(c) 
Both sides of Main Street from Northview Street to Culvert Street.
Where use of skateboards, bicycles, in-line skates and scooters or other like instrument is permissible, the operator of said instrument shall yield the right-of-way to any pedestrian, motor vehicle, or other user of said sidewalk, street, or parking lot, and shall not interfere with the proper use of any public or private way by any other person.
Any person found guilty of violating any part hereof shall be guilty of a summary offense and shall be sentenced to a fine up to $300 per offense, together with costs and the confiscation of the instrument used to violate this chapter.
