The following bylaws shall regulate the administration of the affairs of the Town of Bolton, Massachusetts.

Any of the bylaws under Parts I and II may be repealed or amended or other bylaws may be adopted by a majority vote, at any Town Meeting, an article or articles for that purpose having been inserted in the warrant for such meeting.

The Select Board shall publish the bylaws of the Town at least once every five years.

For purposes of these bylaws, and for all official business of the Town, the board previously referred to as the "Board of Selectmen" shall hereinafter be referred to as the "Select Board," with individual members to be referred to as "Select Board members," and said Select Board shall have all the powers and duties of a Board of Selectmen as set forth in the General Laws or any special act applicable to the Town.
