The appointment to the office of Borough Engineer shall be made
by Council only on a per diem basis.
Payment for services rendered by the Borough Engineer appointed
shall be fixed by Council on a per diem basis at the time of said
appointment.
The duties and powers of said Borough Engineer shall be only
those that are delegated and prescribed to said office by Council
at the time of said appointment and shall be divested at the termination
of said appointment.
