Driveway pipes are to be replaced or installed so that driveway
drainage pipes shall be a minimum of 18 inches in diameter. Any person
or entity installing or replacing driveway or drainage pipes, or installing,
replacing or repairing drainage swales within the right-of-way of
the Township is required to submit detailed design plans to be reviewed
by the Road Department of the Township and the Township Engineer,
prior to the issuance of a work permit, so as to allow the Road Department
of the Township or the Township Engineer to make any correction or
suggestions before work is started. The fee for such permit shall
be as established from time to time by resolution of the Board of
Supervisors.

Any person, firm or corporation who shall violate any provision
of this Part, upon conviction thereof in an action brought before
a district justice in the manner provided for the enforcement of summary
offenses under the Pennsylvania Rules of Criminal Procedure, shall
be sentenced to pay a fine of not more than $1,000 plus costs and,
in default of payment of said fines and costs, to a term or imprisonment
not to exceed 90 days. Each day that a violation of this Part continues
or each Section of this Part which shall be found to have been violated
shall constitute a separate offense.
