Building code administration and enforcement — See Ch. 220.
Customers in the out-of-district area connected to a water district
line, but not a resident of that district, shall be charged the same
as in-district customers for water usage and other fees and shall
be taxed on the same basis as the in-district property owners by the
receiver of taxes on the first of January of each year.
The out-of-district users shall be required to enter into an out-of-district
user's agreement with the Town. Said agreement shall set forth
the rights, duties and obligations of an out-of-district user and
shall be recorded in the office of the Monroe County Clerk at the
expense of the customer. Copies of this agreement shall be available
for inspection at the Town Clerk's office of the Town during
regular business hours.
