The 2018 edition of the International Fire Code is hereby adopted
in its entirety with the following amendments:
A.Â
In Section 101.1, entitled, "Title," insert: "City of Greensburg."
B.Â
Section 105.1.1 is amended to add the following at the end of the
section: "Operational permits shall last for a period of two years,
unless a different period of time is notated on the permit by the
Fire Code Official or it is otherwise revoked. Prior to the expiration
of the two year permit, the property owner or owner's authorized
agent shall apply for the reissuance of the permit and shall pay the
required fee(s). All properties who are not subject to a valid Operational
Permit under this Code shall immediately cause for the filing of an
application for said permit."
C.Â
Section 110.4, insert "summary offense," "$500.00," and "thirty (30)
days," in the [SPECIFY OFFENSE], [AMOUNT], and [NUMBER OF DAYS] locations.
