City of Laconia, NH Chapter 71 Public Property, Use of

§ 71-1 Use of city-owned vehicles restricted.

No person shall operate a vehicle owned by the City of Laconia outside or inside of the City limits for the direct or indirect purpose of transporting any city employee to or from his home, except when said employee is on duty or on call and resides within the City limits.

§ 71-2 Discharge of firearms on city-owned property.

No person, other than a city police officer acting in the course of duty, shall discharge a firearm on property owned by the City of Laconia and known as the "Lakes Business Park."

§ 71-3 Violations and penalties.

Any person who violates any of the provisions of this chapter shall be subject to separation or discipline as set out in Chapters 12 and 13 of the Personnel Rules and Regulations[1] for the City of Laconia.
