It is hereby resolved that the Ralpho Township Recreation Commission
is formed for the purpose of scheduling the use of the building and
property for municipal purposes. The Commission is hereby empowered
to adopt rules and regulations in order to carry out its duties. Any
problems of a legal nature encountered by the Commission shall be
referred to the Solicitor for the Ralpho Township Supervisors. The
Commission shall consist of seven members who shall serve without
compensation. All new appointments or reappointments shall be for
three-year terms unless sooner terminated by the Ralpho Township Supervisors.
The Commission shall elect such officers as it deems necessary to
properly execute its duties.
