It is the intent of Ralpho Township to organize an authority under the Municipality Authorities Act of 1945, 53 P.S. § 301 et seq., as hereafter amended, supplemented, modified or reenacted by the General Assembly of Pennsylvania.

The proposed Articles of Incorporation of the Authority are as follows:
MUNICIPAL AUTHORITY OF SUNNYSIDE/OVERLOOK
ARTICLES OF INCORPORATION
TO THE SECRETARY OF THE COMMONWEALTH OF PENNSYLVANIA
In compliance with the Municipality Authorities Act of 1945, as amended, Ralpho Township, Northumberland County, Pennsylvania, desiring to incorporate an Authority, does hereby certify:
A.
The name of the Authority shall be "Municipal Authority of Sunnyside/Overlook."
B.
Said Authority is formed under the Municipality Authorities Act of 1945, as hereafter amended, supplemented, modified or reenacted by the General Assembly of Pennsylvania.
C.
The names and addresses of the Supervisors of Ralpho Township are as follows: [Here followed the names and addresses of the members of the Board of Supervisors.]
D.
There is in existence in Ralpho Township an Authority organized under the Municipality Authorities Act of 1945, known as the Municipal Authority of Ralpho Township.
E.
The following persons whose names, addresses and terms of office are listed below, are appointed the first members of the Board of the Municipality Authority formed hereby: [To be named.]

Advertisement of notice of filing these Articles of Incorporation is submitted herewith.

The officers of Ralpho Township are authorized and directed to execute under its corporate seal the Articles of Incorporation of the proposed Authority in substantially the form set forth in this Part, and such officers are authorized to do all acts necessary or appropriate to effect the incorporation of the proposed Authority.

The project or projects authorized to be undertaken by the proposed Authority shall be as follows: financing, constructing, acquiring, holding, improving, maintaining and operating sewers, sewer systems or parts thereof in the Sunnyside/Overlook area of Ralpho Township in Northumberland County, Pennsylvania.
