The Board of Supervisors of Ralpho Township appoints the elected tax collector as a delinquent tax collector.

The delinquent tax collector so appointed shall have the same powers, rights, privileges, duties and obligations as set forth in 24 P.S. § 6-686 of the Public School Code of 1949.

When Ralpho Township receives delinquent real estate taxes collected by Northumberland County, the Tax Collector shall receive a 2% commission at the time authorized by the auditor(s) upon completion of the annual audit.
