Board of Supervisors hereby replaces the elected auditors with a certified
or competent public accountant or firm of certified or competent public
accountants.

The accounting firm of Forgett & Kerstetter is hereby appointed
as the Township's accountant with all the rights, responsibilities
and duties thereof, to audit the Township for the year 2005.

subsequent years will take place at the annual reorganization meeting
held by the Township each year pursuant to law.
