As used herein, the following terms shall have the following
meanings:
AUTHORITY
The Municipal Authority of Ralpho Township.
PERSON
Any individual, partnership, company, association, society,
corporation or other group or entity.
SEWER SYSTEM
All facilities as of any particular time for collecting,
pumping, treating and disposing of sanitary sewage situate in the
sewered area and owned and/or operated or to be owned and/or operated
by the Authority or Township.
TOWNSHIP
The Township of Ralpho, Northumberland County, Pennsylvania.

No person shall discharge, or permit to be discharged into the
sewer system or into any part thereof, nor construct, maintain or
allow to exist any drain, pipe or a connection of any nature which
would or might discharge into the sewer system or into any part thereof:
A. Roof or surface water, exhaust water, exhaust steam or any other
unpolluted drainage.
B. Oils, tar, grease, gasoline, benzine or other combustible gases and
liquids, offal or insoluble solids or other substances which would
impair, impede, affect, interfere with or endanger the sewer system
or any part thereof or the functioning of the processes of the sewage
treatment plant or any part thereof, in any manner whatsoever.

Any person, firm or corporation who shall violate any provision
of this Part, upon conviction thereof in an action brought before
a district justice in the manner provided for the enforcement of summary
offenses under the Pennsylvania Rules of Criminal Procedure, shall
be sentenced to pay a fine of not more than $1,000 plus costs and,
in default of payment of said fine and costs, to a term of imprisonment
not to exceed 90 days. Each day that a violation of this Part continues
or each Section of this Part which shall be found to have been violated
shall constitute a separate offense.
