1. A fee schedule for subdivision and land development filing fees,
review fees, escrows, inspections and all other charges related thereto
shall be established by resolution of the Board of Supervisors, said
fee schedule which may be changed from time to time by resolution
of the Board of Supervisors.

2. Review fees may include reasonable and necessary charges by the Township's
professional consultants or Engineer for review and report thereon
to the Township. Such review fees shall be reasonable and in accordance
with the ordinary customary charges by the Township Engineer or consultant
for similar services in the community, but in no event shall fees
exceed the rate or cost charged by the engineer or consultant to the
Township when fees are not reimbursed or otherwise imposed on applicants.
A. In the event the applicant disputes the amount of any such review
fees, the applicant shall, within 10 days of the billing date, notify
the Ralpho Township Supervisors that such fees are disputed, in which
case the Township shall not delay or disapprove a subdivision or land
development application due to the applicant's request over disputed
fees.
B. In the event Ralpho Township and the applicant cannot agree on the
amount of the review fees which are unreasonable and necessary, the
applicant and the Township shall follow the procedure for dispute
resolution set forth in § 501(G) of the Municipalities Planning
code, as amended, which provisions are incorporated herein by reference.
3. Unless otherwise acceptable to Ralpho Township, on or before the
date on which subdivision or land development plat is to be considered
by the Township Planning Commission, the applicant shall provide a
check payable to Ralpho Township in an amount sufficient to cover
the costs of professional consultants fees incurred by Ralpho Township.
