Designating the streets of the Borough of Fox Chapel, Allegheny
County, Pennsylvania. (Section 1 of this ordinance declared the following
streets to be public streets of the Borough, insofar as they lie within
the limits of the Borough: Old Mill Road, Hemlock Hollow Road, Highland
Road, Fairview Road, Guyasuta Road, Pasadena Drive, E. Waldheim Road,
W. Waldheim Road, Maple Drive, Hunt Road, Field Club Road, N. Virginia
Avenue, Valley Drive and Highview Road; Section 2 provided that all
other streets, alleys or thoroughfares within the limits of the Borough
are declared not to be public streets, and are private streets, alleys
or thoroughfares only; Section 3 was repealed by Ordinance 187.)
