It shall be unlawful for any person or persons to violate or
fail to comply with the following regulations relating to the placement
of house trailers within the said Borough.
No house trailer, vehicle trailer or other living accommodations
of similar nature, not built upon a permanent foundation and in conformity
with the building regulations of the Borough, shall be permitted within
the Borough of Fox Chapel.
It shall be the duty of the Borough Manager or his or her designee,
acting under the direction of the Council of said Borough, to enforce
this chapter.

Any person, partnership or corporation violating any provision
of this chapter shall, upon conviction thereof, be sentenced to pay
a fine of not more than $1,000 and costs of prosecution or, in default
of payment of such fines and costs, to undergo imprisonment for not
more than 30 days, provided that each violation of any provision of
this chapter and each day the same is continued after receipt of written
notice shall be deemed a separate offense.
