When the Building Inspector or his legal deputy condemns all or part of any electrical installation, the owner may, after receiving written notice from the Building Inspector or his legal deputy, file a petition in writing for review of said action of the Building Inspector or legal deputy with the New York State Department of State, Division of Code Enforcement and Administration, to determine if the electrical installation complies with this chapter, and shall make a decision in accordance with its findings.
