Smoking shall be prohibited in any and all Borough recreation facilities, including but not limited to all Borough athletic fields and/or parks. The Borough Clerk/Administrator is hereby empowered to take any and all steps necessary for the posting of signs in such facilities to indicate "Smoking Prohibited."
Any person who violates the provisions of this article shall be punishable as provided in Chapter 1, Article II, General Penalty, of the Code of the Borough of Wallington.
