3 The Small Project Stormwater Management
Application included in Appendix E[1] may be used for single-family residential projects over
5,000 square feet of new impervious surface. The Small Project SWM
Application allows documentation of new impervious surface, credits
through disconnection of impervious surfaces and tree planting, and
sizing of volume control BMPs that may be required.
