There is hereby established the following parking violation schedule and payable amounts:

Violations and penalties may be amended on an annual basis as of January 1, 2028, and every year thereafter in accordance with the CPI as reported by the United States Bureau of Labor Statistics, or up to 3%, whichever is lower. However, under no circumstances may violations and penalty fees decrease from the previous year. |
B.
Tow-away zones. The City shall have the authority to enforce any section of Chapter 190 by towing vehicles in violation of the section if said section expressly allows for towing, even if the location of violation does not have a "Tow Away Zone" sign. The City shall have the authority to enforce any section within Chapter 190 by towing vehicles in violation of the section if the location of the violation has a "Tow Away Zone" sign, even if the particular Code section does not expressly call for towing of vehicles in violation.
