The fees for copies of government records shall be:
A. 
Black and white photocopies of records.
(1) 
Eight and one-half inches by 11 inches: $0.05 per page.
(2) 
Eight and one-half inches by 14 inches: $0.07 per page.
(3) 
Eleven inches by 17 inches: $0.07 per page.
B. 
All other records: actual costs of duplication as charged to the Township.
