It is the intent of this chapter to establish rules and regulations
governing the use of public streets and sidewalks within the Village
of Warsaw in order to ensure the maximum benefit of access to all
areas of the village consistent with the safety and best interests
of the community.
Except as otherwise specifically provided for herein, a violation
of any provision of this chapter is punishable by a fine not to exceed
$250 or by imprisonment for not more than 15 days, or both such fine
and imprisonment.
