This article is adopted pursuant to the authority granted by
MGL c. 90, § 20A 1/2, and said section is hereby adopted.
The Parking Clerk shall administer and coordinate the processing
of parking notices in the City of Melrose as authorized by MGL c.
90, § 20A 1/2.[1]
