Uses permitted in the B-1 Lakeside Business District shall be
as follows:
B. Planned Unit Development (PUD).
C. Buildings and structures accessory to Subsection
A and
B above.
Uses permitted upon issuance of a special permit, subject to Article
XIV, shall be as follows:
A. Commercial and municipal parking lots and parking structures (including
mixed-use parking structures and accessory parking structures).
D. Buildings and structures accessory to Subsection
A and
B above.
Uses prohibited shall be all other uses not enumerated above.
As required by the Planning Board. Mixed-use structures are also subject to the requirements of §
380-88D. The Planning Board may use the dimensional requirements of the B-2 District as a basis to determine the dimensional requirements for the B-1 District.
