Fairview Township hereby formally establishes the following
areas as residential recreational parks described as follows:

Struchen Flats: BEGINNING at an Iron Pipe at the northwest corner
of the parcel herein described at a point in the centerline of Platz
Road a 50 foot right of way at the northeast corner of land now or
formerly of Michael R.E. and Darlene Sorze as recorded in Erie County
Record Book 1369 at page 791; THENCE S 36° 24' 00" E, along
said road and land now or formerly of Teddy D. and Shirley A. Hetz
as recorded in Erie County Record Book 610 at page 2111 and passing
over an Iron Pipe at 379.58 feet, Four Hundred Sixty-one and Nineteen
Hundredths (461.19) Feet to a point in the north line of land now
or formerly of Mathew D. and Anna Z. Rachocki as recorded in Erie

described at a point in the east line of Klier Drive a 65 foot right

Hundredths (176.21) Feet to a point of curve; THENCE along a curve
to the left having a radius of 274.00 feet an Arc distance of Three
Hundred Ninety-eight and Ninety Hundredths (398.90) Feet to a point

To best provide for the health, welfare, enjoyment and relaxation
of the citizens of Fairview Township, the Fairview Township Supervisors
hereby establish the following rules and regulations, which shall
apply to all parks designated above:
A.
The park shall be primarily and only used for recreational purposes.
B.
The time for use during shall be sunrise to sunset each day.
C.
Target practice shall not be conducted within the confines of the
park.
D.
No alcohol beverages or illegal substances shall be consumed on the
premises unless permitted by rental agreement with the Fairview Recreation
Authority.

E.
No hunting of any nature shall be allowed on the premises and no
firearms or bows and arrows shall be brought onto the premises of
the park at any time.
A.
Any person who shall violate any provision of this chapter shall
be subject to a fine of not less than $25 or more than $200 and cost
of prosecution, or imprisonment for a period not to exceed 30 days,
or both. A separate offense shall arise for each day or portion thereof
in which a violation of this chapter is found to exist. The enforcement
of this chapter shall be by action brought before a Magisterial District
Judge in the same manner provided for the enforcement of summary offenses
under the Pennsylvania Rules of Criminal Procedure.
This chapter is enacted under the authority of 53 P.S. § 67201
et seq.
