To best provide for the health, welfare, enjoyment and relaxation of the citizens of Fairview Township, the Fairview Township Supervisors hereby establish the following rules and regulations, which shall apply to all parks designated above:
A. 
The park shall be primarily and only used for recreational purposes.
B. 
The time for use during shall be sunrise to sunset each day.
C. 
Target practice shall not be conducted within the confines of the park.
D. 
No alcohol beverages or illegal substances shall be consumed on the premises unless permitted by rental agreement with the Fairview Recreation Authority.

E. 
No hunting of any nature shall be allowed on the premises and no firearms or bows and arrows shall be brought onto the premises of the park at any time.
A. 
Any person who shall violate any provision of this chapter shall be subject to a fine of not less than $25 or more than $200 and cost of prosecution, or imprisonment for a period not to exceed 30 days, or both. A separate offense shall arise for each day or portion thereof in which a violation of this chapter is found to exist. The enforcement of this chapter shall be by action brought before a Magisterial District Judge in the same manner provided for the enforcement of summary offenses under the Pennsylvania Rules of Criminal Procedure.
B. 
In addition to the remedy set forth in Subsection A of this section, this chapter may be enforced through an action in equity in the Court of Common Pleas of Erie County, Pennsylvania.
This chapter is enacted under the authority of 53 P.S. § 67201 et seq.
