City of Gardner, MA Article II Feeding Wildlife at Reservoirs

§ 312-10 Prohibited acts.

No person shall be permitted to feed or in any way make available as a feed or source of food to any migratory waterfowl at the Crystal Lake, Perley Brook or Cowee Pond Reservoirs.

§ 312-11 Violations and penalties.

Any person violating any of the provisions of this article shall, upon conviction thereof, be punished by a fine of:

A. For the first offense: $50.

B. For the second offense: $100.

C. For the third offense: $300.

D. For the fourth and all subsequent offenses: $500.
