The purpose of the within article is to comply with the requirements of Chapter 110, P.L. 1988,[1] which requires each municipality to establish the position of Chief Financial Officer.

The Chief Financial Officer shall be paid a salary as set forth in the Salary Ordinance.[1]

The requirements concerning the appointment of the Seaside Park Chief Financial Officer as well as the qualifications for said office shall be as required by Chapter 110 P.L. of New Jersey 1988.[1]
