A. At any
time a dye test is requested from the Town of Webb Zoning Officer,
or any person designated by the Supervisor of the Town of Webb, by
the owner, seller or mortgagee of land or any individual or corporation,
a fee shall be paid to the Town of Webb enforcement officer, or other
designated person, for said test. In the absence or incapacity of
the Town of Webb enforcement officer, the Supervisor of the Town of
Webb is authorized to designate any other person to conduct said dye
test or tests.
B. The amount
to be paid for said dye test shall be established by resolution of
the Town Board of the Town of Webb, and the amount of said fee may
be changed by the Town Board at such time or such times as the Town
Board may, by resolution or resolutions, change same.
C. No dye
test or dye tests shall be conducted by said Town of Webb enforcement
officer, or any other designated person, prior to the payment to the
Town of Webb enforcement officer, or designated person, of the fee
established by the Town Board of the Town of Webb. The fee shall be
paid in cash or by check payable to the Town of Webb.
