§ 32-45 Secretary to Open Space Advisory Committee.

A. Position created. There is hereby established the position of Secretary to the Open Space Advisory Committee, who shall be appointed by the Mayor and Borough Council, and who shall serve at the pleasure of the Mayor and Borough Council.

B. Duties and responsibilities of Secretary to the Open Space Advisory Committee.

(1) To attend all meetings of the Open Space Advisory Committee.

(2) To assist the Open Space Advisory Committee in the discharge of all of its duties.

(3) To perform such secretarial and clerical duties as assigned by the Open Space Advisory Committee.
