A Class A violation shall be punishable by a fine not to exceed
$50 for a first violation; $100 for a second violation occurring within
12 months of the first violation; and $200 for a third violation,
doubling for subsequent violations up to a maximum of $1,000.
A Class B violation is a misdemeanor and shall be punishable
by a fine not to exceed $100 for a first violation, $200 for a second
violation occurring within 12 months of the first violation; and $400
for a third violation, doubling for subsequent violations up to a
maximum of $1,000. In addition, a person convicted of a Class B violation
is subject to imprisonment not to exceed 30 days.
A Class C violation is a misdemeanor and shall be punishable
by a fine not to exceed $300 for a first violation. A subsequent violation
shall be punishable by a fine of not less than $600 and not more than
$1,000 for imprisonment not to exceed 30 days, or both.
A Class D violation is a misdemeanor and shall be punishable
by a fine of up to $1,000 for a first violation. A subsequent violation
shall be punishable by a fine of up to $1,000 or imprisonment not
to exceed 30 days, or both.
A Class E violation is a misdemeanor and shall be punishable
by a fine of $1,000 for a first violation. A subsequent violation
shall be punishable by a fine of $1,000 or imprisonment not to exceed
30 days, or both.
