Any elected, nonemployee Supervisor whose term shall commence
after adoption of this Part 10A shall be prohibited from enrollment
in any Township-sponsored plan of insurance benefits, including, but
not limited to, life, health, accident, disability or any other form
of insurance benefit provided by the Township to its employees.

No Supervisor currently enrolled in a Township benefit plan
as of the adoption and effective date of this Part 10A may remain
enrolled in such plan for any period extending beyond the expiration
of their current term as an elected Supervisor, as provided under
53 P.S. § 65606(c)(1), subject to any requirements set forth
under applicable COBRA regulations.
