Every operator of a vehicle approaching an intersection at which an official traffic control device is erected in accordance with this chapter shall obey the direction of such official traffic control device as required by the Wisconsin Statutes incorporated by reference in §
572-1 of this chapter. Operators of vehicles approaching a stop sign shall stop before entering a highway as required by § 346.46, Wis. Stats. Operators approaching intersections at which a yield sign has been installed shall yield the right-of-way to other vehicles as required by § 346.18(6), Wis. Stats.
The following streets are designated one-way streets, and no
vehicles shall travel in any direction thereon except as indicated:
A. Northeast First Street, between Sherman Street and School Street,
from south to north.
B. School Street from west to east.
In the interest of public safety and pursuant to § 349.07, Wis. Stats., the streets or portions thereof set forth in this section are declared to be through highways, and traffic signs or signals giving notice thereof shall be erected by the Street Superintendent in accordance with §
572-3:
A. North and South Main Street through the City.
B. Ramsdell Street from the west City limits to Main Street and from
Main Street to Prospect Drive.
