Village of Red Hook, NY Chapter 85 Bicycles

§ 85-1 Riding on sidewalks prohibited.

No person shall ride a bicycle upon any sidewalk in the Village of Red Hook.

§ 85-2 Penalties for offenses.

Any person convicted under § 85-1 of this chapter shall, at discretion of the Village Justice[1] before whom such person shall be convicted, be punishable by a fine of not more than $250 or imprisonment for not more than 15 days, or both. Each day of continuance of an offense shall be considered a separate offense.
