The Mayor, with consent of Council, shall appoint a Personnel Director charged with overseeing matters involving human resources for employees of the Borough. The Personnel Director shall be an existing, full-time Borough employee and shall draw no additional compensation unless otherwise authorized. The Personnel Director shall serve in that capacity for a term of one year. In the event that no appointment is made, the Borough Administrator also shall serve as the Personnel Director.
